Late arrivals,cancell policies
- We understand “life happens” if for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10minutes or more to scheduled appointment,
please call us!
Please be advised that repeated last minute cancellation or rescheduling may result in the inability to book future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund policies
- All products are non-refundable.
- All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
*** The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind
(after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 3 days to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date.
